Overview
Nordic hamstring curl equipment costs hundreds of dollars I didn’t have to spare. I designed and built my own bench from wood salvaged from an old bed frame and spare household materials. Total cost was under $50.
Build
I modeled the bench in Onshape to work out geometry and loads, then built it with hand saws, wood joinery, and fasteners.
Result
A functional Nordic bench that holds up to daily use, at a fraction of retail price.
